Organization Analysys of Voluntary Associations

日本的公民参与志愿协会具有很强的特色。因为，作为一个典型的例子。Chounaikai组织，是一个非自愿的系统，它不是向每个成员作为公民开放，只是自动封闭的人不想加入Chounaikai。我们的研究样本是在北海道和仙台市的Chounaikai小组领导人。研究结果如下：1.参与率超过80%。但无论组织规模是否超过300，其活动水平都会变高/变低。自有集会场所、组织规模、社区文件三因素可解释其活动程度.交流活动减少的原因是公共服务的加强减少了人们参与环境改善活动的机会.团体一体化原则是日本人集体行为政治社会化的标志。我们的下一个研究项目计划的问题。

Voluntary Association of Citizen Participation in Japan has very Particular Characteristics. Becasuse ,for Typical Example .Chounaikai Organization, is An lnvoluntary System Which is not open to Every Member as Citizen,only to be Automatically enclosed Whatever People don't want to join Chounaikai.Our Research Sample is Group Leaders of Chounaikai in Hokkaido and Sendai-City. Results and Findings are as Follows.1. Participation Rate is over 80 Percents. But Organization Size make Activity level Higher/Lower Wether The Size is over 300 or not.2. The level of Activity of Chounaikai can be is accounted by Three Factors ,such as Own Meeting Place ,Organization Size and Community Paper.3. The Reason Why Communication Activity is declined is decreased Chances People participated for Environment lmprovement Activity Because of Enlargement of Public Services.4. A Principle of lntegration of The Group is The Sign of Political Socialization as Collective Behavior of Japanese.Chounaikai Organization has offered Chance of Voluntary Participation to Japanese.
