Family Sociological Research on Family Care Cost and Resources of Community Services

1.家庭养老邮件调查采用随机抽样的方法，对札幌市3000名40岁以上的老年人进行了家庭养老邮件调查。回复率为57.2%（1693人）。研究结果如下：(1)超过40%的受访者有在医院和在家接受家庭护理的经历。这意味着几乎所有的人都要照顾他们的父母。(2)有过家庭照护经历的人对支付照护费用、家庭照护费用如家务服务、康复服务等可能有积极而强烈的兴趣。在这些人中，尤其是老年人，他们有强烈的态度，愿意花比年轻人更多的钱来支付医疗费用。家庭护理案例研究通过大量的案例研究表明，获得小额资金和住房改造对退休人员的生活起着有效的作用。国外家庭护理政策的数据收集数据收集得到英国研究伙伴的支持，包括英国家庭护理政策。

1.Mail Survey on Family CareA mail survey on family care was executed to 3,000 people over 40 years old in Sapporo City by random sampling.Respondent rate is 57.2% (1,693 people).Research Results are as follows.(1) More than 40 percentages of the respondents have experiences of family care in a hospital as well as at home. This means that almost of people have to take care of their parents.(2) People who have family care experiences are likely to have positive and strong interests on paying for care, family care costs such as homehelp service, rehabilitation services and so on.(3) Among those people, particularly older people have strong attitude to pay forcare with much money more than younger people have.2.Case Study of Family Care CostAn intensive case study suggested that to get small money playd an effective role for pensioners as well as housing modification for their life.3.Data Collection on Family Care Policy abroadData collection was supported by research partners in England including paperson British family care policy.
