项目摘要

The purpose of this investigation be made lighter the frame of tractor which occupies the majority of weight, depend on the application of modal analysis. When the modal analysis is done, it is the very importance to obtain the higher accuracy of the transfe function. The model of the tractor frame of this investigation was used the general goods on the market of tractor. The madal analysis were done 53 degrees of freedom of the finite elements. The transfer function ware demanded the method of inpact and random of forced vibration, the characteristics of mode were required two kinds of the forced vibration. As a results of the experiment, it was found the forced vibration becomes an advantage comparing with inpact.The some points of the largest oscillation were chosen based on the modal analysis of the tractor frame, the strain gauges were pasted on the points. The strain of plane was measured by the transfer function of compliance (strain / force). The characteristics of the dynamic stress can make it clear by the method, and it became evident that the method is an effective measure for design of light weight of tractor frame.
本文研究的目的是通过模态分析的应用,使占据拖拉机大部分重量的车架变得更轻。在进行模态分析时,获得较高精度的传递函数是非常重要的。本次调查的拖拉机车架型号为市场上通用的拖拉机产品。采用53个自由度的有限元进行模态分析。传递函数要求采用冲击和随机两种强迫振动方法,模态特性要求采用两种强迫振动方法。通过对拖拉机车架的模态分析,确定了车架振动最大的几个点,并在这些点上粘贴了应变片。平面应变由柔度传递函数(应变/力)来测量。该方法能较好地反映车架的动态应力特性,是车架轻量化设计的有效手段。
