本年度の前半は, データ整理および論文の執筆に専念した. その結果, 会計11報の論文を投稿することができた. 本年度後半は, バンドギャップが2.2eVと可視域にあるFe_2O_3薄膜半導体電極の調整およびその電気化学的性質の研究に費やした. 原料にはFe(acac)_3, 溶媒にはアセチルアセトンを用いコーティング溶液を調製した. ディップコーティングにより膜厚約1μmまでの均質な膜を得ることができた. この膜を種々の温度(500〜800℃)で加熱処理して得られたαーFe_2O_3薄膜の光電気化学測定を定なった. その結果, 光電流はTiO_2薄膜電極より劣ったが, 580nm以下の波長で光電流が生じ, 可視域にも光応答性のあることが確認された. また, 電極反応機構についても検討した.
In the first half of the year, the author of the paper was deeply concerned about the arrangement and writing of the paper. Results, accounting 11 papers submitted to the paper. In the second half of this year, the research on the electrochemical properties of Fe_2O_3 thin film semiconductor electrodes was carried out. Fe(acac)_3 was used as raw material, and the solvent was used as solvent. The thickness of the film is about 1μm. The temperature of Fe_2O_3 thin film seeding (500 ~ 800℃) was determined by photoelectrochemical measurement. The results show that the photocurrent of TiO_2 thin film electrode is poor, and the photocurrent is generated at wavelengths below 580nm, and the photoconductivity of visible field is confirmed. The electrode reaction mechanism is in the middle of the detection process.
