This research examined the transition of Yakushi-ji's ceremonies and the relation to other Nara Buddhism or Esoteric Buddhism, analyzed the notation of "Hosso-shu Sanji Kaju"(recitation for prayr three times a day used in the Hosso sect), issued in 1904, and compared it with the shomyo notation of other tempels or sects, Horyu-ji, Todai-ji, and the both sects of Tendai and Shingon.Old traditional ritual style has been more preserved in ceremonies for training monks themselves, Shuni-e and Jion-ne, but other ceremonies praying for people benefit or deceased has been relatively transformed or simplified. It is clarified that the notation of shomyo pieces, like "Bai" or "Sange", is in common with that of other sects, and shomyo for ceremonies held by each temple, like keka, makes a difference each other.Yakushi-ji has very few documents concerned shomyo records, therefore researches into Yakushi-ji shomyo require the documents of other temples related with the Hosso sect.

本研究探讨药师寺仪式的变迁及其与其他奈良佛教或密宗的关系，分析“法藏三寺卡居”的记谱（背诵Prayr一天三次，用于Hosso教派），在1904年发行，并比较它与其他寺庙或教派，法隆寺，东大寺，在修僧仪式、修僧仪式和真念仪式中，旧的传统仪式风格得到了更多的保留，而其他为人们祈福或为死者祈福的仪式则相对地被改造或简化。明确了“白”、“三歌”等正名的记谱与其他教派的相同，而各寺举行的祭典的正名，如祭典，则各不相同。药师寺有关正名记载的文献很少，因此研究药师寺正名需要与法藏教派有关的其他寺庙的文献。
