项目摘要

The performance of gears, e.g.for vehicles, is influenced much by 3 dimensional tooth flank form of 100nm order and therefore it is necessary to accomplish the high accuracy of gear measuring machine (gear checker) used for quality control. ISO quality guarantee system requires suppliers to clarify the measurement uncertainty of measuring machine for quality control. In this research, virtual gear checker, a simulation model of gear measuring machine, is proposed, where the mechanism and the motion of the machine and a variety of errors of it are incorporated. Virtual gear checker outputs the virtual measured data with errors and it clarifies the uncertainty of gear checker measurement. The followings are accomplished in this research.(1)Simulation model of gear measuring machine (Virtual gear checker) program was developed, where the mechanisms and errors of the machine are considered. It is confirmed that virtual gear checker outputs reasonable virtual measuring data and the uncertainty of measurement. Virtual measurement was applied into the measurement of spur gear artifact and helical gear artifact and its uncertainty is evaluated.(2)The influence of the errors of gear checker on measured data is investigated by virtual gear checker. The inspection/calibration method by using gear artifacts is proposed.(3)Highly precise measuring method of gear artifact by ultra precise contact probe 3D measuring machine and the analyzing method of measured data are developed. It contributes to high accuracy calibration of gear artifacts.(4)Structure of precise involute artifact, on which inspection/calibration system of gear checker is based, is investigated.
以汽车为例,齿轮的性能受100nm量级的三维齿面形状的影响很大,因此需要实现用于质量控制的齿轮测量机(齿轮校准器)的高精度。ISO质量保证体系要求供应商明确测量机的测量不确定度,以便进行质量控制。本文提出了一种齿轮测量机的仿真模型——虚拟齿轮校核器,该模型综合考虑了齿轮测量机的机构、运动和各种误差。虚拟齿轮校准器输出带有误差的虚拟测量数据,阐明了齿轮校准器测量的不确定性。本研究主要完成了以下工作:(1)开发了齿轮测量机的仿真模型(Virtual gear checker)程序,考虑了齿轮测量机的机理和误差。验证了虚拟齿轮校核器输出的虚拟测量数据合理,测量不确定度低。将虚拟测量技术应用于直齿轮和斜齿轮工件的测量,并对其不确定度进行了评定。(2)利用虚拟齿轮校核器研究了齿轮校核误差对测量数据的影响。提出了利用齿轮工件进行检测/标定的方法。(3)提出了采用超精密接触探头三维测量机对齿轮工件进行高精度测量的方法及测量数据的分析方法。它有助于齿轮工件的高精度校准。(4)研究了精密渐开线工件的结构,该工件是齿轮校准器检测/校准系统的基础。
