The objectives of this research are to explore possibilities of e-learning language contents and to make course wear, English, German and French, which work on course management system, "Web OCM" already explored by ourselves. These contents are made as open contents for any educational institutions. Our contents try to be standard contents for Japanese University foreign language learner for which we established Committee of Foreign Language for Cyber University.These contents are already on the CMS, and partially given as experimental foreign language class. From the next second semester 2006, these contents will be used officially and totally as standard foreign language course wear in several universities. These contents are going to be decomposed into smaller module unit for further easy use for classroom ordinary scene in Japanese Universities.

本研究的目的是探索电子学习语言内容的可能性，并使课程穿戴、英语、德语和法语课程管理系统的工作成为我们已经开发的Web OCM。这些内容将作为开放内容提供给任何教育机构。我们的内容试图成为日本大学外语学习者的标准内容，为此我们成立了网络大学外语委员会。这些内容已经在CMS上，并部分作为实验外语班提供。从2006年第二学期开始，这些内容将在几所大学正式完全作为外语课程的标准着装使用。这些内容将被分解成更小的模块单元，以便进一步用于日本大学的课堂普通场景。
