Ethnicity and Low System in the City : Toward a Resolution of Conflicts

族裔和少数群体问题已成为欧洲和世界其他许多其他地区主要关切的问题。针对这一关切，在国内和国际两级通过了规范性和法律文书，以促进和保护少数群体的权利并解决冲突。本研究从国际法、比较法和社会法的角度探讨了少数群体和族裔主张、冲突所引起的各种问题，阐述了一般考虑因素，同时也考察了选定地区，即欧盟、法国、比利时、加拿大和美国的具体情况。

Ethnicity and Minority issues have become a source of major concern in Europe and in many other regions of the rest of the world. In response to this concern, normative and legal instruments have been adopted both at the domestic and international levels to promote and protect minority rights and to resolve conflicts. Touching upon a variety of issues raised by minority and ethnicity claims, conflicts, and viewed from the perspective of the international, comparative, social law, this study addresses the general considerations while also examining concrete situations in selected area, i.e. EU, France, Belgium, Canada and the U.S.
