実験 1「DLB とAD を対象に視線探索時の視線停留時間や視線走行を比較する」本実験では，DLB (dementia with Lewy bodies) とAD (Alzheimer's disease) を対象として日常風景の視線探索時の視線データを評価して，疾患によって視線探索のパターンに違いがあるのかを明らかにする．DLB24 名，AD12 名を目標にリクルートを行い，インフォームド・コンセントが得られた被験者から実験を実施した．その際に被験者の情報として，年齢，性別，教育歴の情報を収集した．実験手順としては，被験者情報を収集した後，近見視力表を用いて近見視力を計測した．また両群の疾患の重症度や視知覚機能を評価するため神経心理学的検査を実施した．疾患の重症度はMMSEを用いて評価を行った．視知覚機能の評価については，Visual Object and Space Perception Battery (VOSP) のShape detection, Position discrimination の項目を実施した．また標準高次視知覚検査(Visual Perception Test for Agnosia; VPTA) の未知相貌の異同弁別，未知相貌の同時照合，性別の判断，老若の判断の項目を実施した．両群の幻視の有無，およびそのほかの精神症状を確認するため全例にNeurophychiatric Inventory (NPI)を実施した．オリジナルのNPI は10項目だが，妄想の項目を「被害妄想」と「誤認妄想」とに分け，「認知の変動」の項目を追加した12 項目で実施をした．また幻視の代用マーカーとなるパレイドリアテストの風景テストとノイズテストも実施した．現在，DLB25名，AD12名のデータ収集を終えており，今後機器のセッティングが整い次第，解析作業に移る．
