The purpose of this study is to pattern functional single crystal lines such as LiNbO_3 on the glass surface using a laser-induced atom heat method and to clarify their morphology, orientation, and optical functions, giving a breakthrough in the fabrication of functional materials. The studies on the mechanism in the crystallization of glasses in the laser-induced atom heat processing, periodic refractive index changes in ferroelastic β'-Sm_xGd_<2-x>(MoO_4)_3 lines, light confinement in LiNbO_3 crystal lines, the proposal of new micro-fabrication method by a combination of laser irradiation and simple chemical etching, and highly oriented two-dimensional planar crystal patterning were carried out, and consequently, a laser-induced atom heat method was demonstrated to be a general and conventional technique for function single crystal pattering.
本研究的目的是利用激光诱导原子热方法在玻璃表面图案化LiNbO_3等功能单晶,并阐明其形貌、取向和光学功能,为功能材料的制造带来突破。激光诱导原子热处理玻璃晶化机理、铁弹性β'-Sm_xGd_<2-x>(MoO_4)_3线的周期性折射率变化、LiNbO_3晶线的光约束、激光辐照与简单化学刻蚀相结合的新型微加工方法的提出以及高取向性的研究 进行了二维平面晶体图案化,因此,激光诱导原子热方法被证明是功能单晶图案化的通用和常规技术。
