Development of Future Directed Children's Competences Enhance system and their Leader Education System

关于21世纪儿童能力培养，根据对以往研究工作的调查和分析以及创造性的适当研发，开展并实现了以下3个步骤的研发：（1）分析未来定向能力（2）增强未来定向能力和（3）增强培养未来定向能力的领导者。第1步于2008年和2009年进行，第2步于2009年和2010年进行，第3步也在研究、分析、设计和试点实践方面进行。<st>

Concerning the 21^<st> Century Competences cultivated in Children, R & D for the following 3 steps were undertaken and achieved :(1) Analysis of the Future Directed Competences(2)Enhancement of the Future Directed Competencesand(3)Enhancement of Leaders for Cultivating the Future Directed Competences, based upon the Survey and Analysis of the Previous Research works and the Creative Proper R & D.Step 1 had been conducted in 2008 and 2009, Step 2 were conducted in 2009 and 2010 and also Step 3 have been undertaken in terms of the Study, Analysis, Design, and Pilot Practices.
