This study investigates the time-series properties of credit reallocation in Japan. As results, the followings are found : (1) Credit reallocation has a sizable effect on economic growth. (2) Credit reallocation is closely related with capital stock reallocation. (3) Credit misallocation which emerged in the 1990s has already started from the early 1980s.
