项目摘要

カリキュラム・マップは，教育課程において授業科目とディプロマ・ポリシー（以下：DP）の達成度（身に着けた能力）を関連付けることで，学修成果（GPA，DPの達成度etc…）や学生の成長を可視化する手法として活用されている。しかし，学修成果や学生の成長には，入試成績や課外活動（アルバイト・サークル活動etc...）などの授業科目以外の要因も影響を与えていると考えられているが，これらがどのように影響しているかは明らかになっていない。そこで本研究では，カリキュラム・マップや学業成績，課外活動の内容・時間などの教学データを統計解析することで，学修成果に対する影響度を明らかにすること，学生の成長に関係があると考えられる在学中の過ごし方を「成長過程」と定義し，成長過程をタイプ別に分類すること，更にこれらの検討を通して，個々の学生に沿った学修支援を実現するためのシステムを開発・提案することを目指している。2022年度では，前年度の検討結果からタイプ別に分類した成長過程に関する検討，学修成果予測モデル開発の検討を行った。タイプ別に分類した成長過程に関する検討では，分類した成長過程が学修成果に及ぼす影響の分析などを行い，成長過程の違いが学修成果に示す特徴を明らかにし，国内学会で発表2件，査読付き論文1本の掲載を行った。また，学修成果予測モデル開発の検討では，目的変数は学修成果，説明変数はこれまでの検討結果を基に，入試区分，1・2年次成績，成長過程，進路など，入学～卒業までの教学データから決定し，複数の代表的な機械学習の手法（ニューラルネットワーク，決定木，ロジスティック回帰etc...）による予測モデルの性能評価を実施した。その結果，卒業時の学修成果が高いグループと低いグループ2つのカテゴリを予測するモデルとして，ニューラルネットワークを利用した予測モデルの予測精度が良好であることが分かった。
