项目摘要

慢性閉塞性肺疾患（以下COPD）患者に対する在宅呼吸リハビリテーション（以下在宅呼吸リハ）は、頻回な通院等を必要とせず、身体機能が低下している患者や重症度の高い患者でも利用可能なサービスとして推進が期待されている。日本において在宅呼吸リハは、訪問看護・リハビリテーションを中心とした多職種で行うものの、そのケアプロセスや効果の実態については明らかになっていない。本研究では、訪問看護・リハを利用する高齢COPD患者に対する効果的な在宅呼吸リハプログラムを作成することを目的に、①医療介護レセプトデータを用いてケアプロセス及び効果の実態調査を行い、②多職種に対して在宅呼吸リハのケアプロセス及び課題に関するインタビュー調査を行う。本研究における最終的なゴールは、訪問看護・リハ利用者の特徴に合わせたより質の高い在宅呼吸リハを実施するための具体的なプログラムを作成・提案することである。産前・産後休暇および育児休業の取得のため、令和4年度（令和4年4月から令和5年3月まで）は研究を中断し、1年間研究期間を延長したため、研究実績はない。

Patients with chronic pulmonary disease (COPD) need to have frequent in-house breathing, frequent in-hospital visits, low body function, and high severity patients who can use the possibility of in-house breathing to advance their expectations.
