本研究では、腰痛患者における疼痛関連因子と運動学的・生理学的指標の関連性を検証することで、日常動作時の身体知覚運動および心理的状態を表す新しい評価指標を創出し，将来的な慢性化予防介入へとつなげることが目的である。研究①では、健常者を対象に立位での体幹屈曲伸展課題を行う際に、加速度計、筋電図計、脳波計を用いて定量的指標の測定を行い、評価方法を確立することを目的としている。現時点では、健常者を対象とした本実験の予備計測を行い、健常者および腰痛患者を対象とした計測に向けて研究方法を検証しており、これまで行われることが少なかった運動時の脳波測定について再現性を高めるために検証をしている。研究②では腰痛患者を対象に、研究①で確立した定量的指標の評価に加えて、疼痛関連因子を評価するために質問紙を用いて測定する。測定後、疼痛関連因子の質問紙の結果と日常動作における運動学的・生理学的指標との関連性を統計学的解析により検証し、日常動作時の身体知覚運動および心理的状態を表す評価指標を創出する。本研究により、身体知覚運動や心理的状態を表す新たな評価指標を創出することで、主観的でなく客観的な指標で病態把握および治療の効果判定ができる。さらに、身体知覚運動および心理的状態を表す評価指標に基づき、運動器機能の異常か脳機能の異常か病態分類が可能となり、病態に基づいた効果的な介入の選択・立案に貢献できる可能性がある。
