This study brings to light details of the Negishi-to(Negishi party), a circle formed in the Meiji 20s by famous writers, painters and journalists, including Rohan Koda, from its formation to dissolution. Specifically, the time of formation and dissolution, which have hitherto been unclear, is identified to be the second half of the Meiji 10s and around Meiji 27 respectively. Details of the members are also identified in this study. In addition, the conventional view regarding Negishi-to as an apolaustic circle of a by-gone era, is redressed. Now it is clarified that Negishi-to was a sign of the diversity of the Meiji era when these active persons of culture seriously amused themselves with silly games and plays. The significance of the cultural history of the Negishi-to is made clear in this study.

该研究揭示了日本明治20年代由著名作家、画家、记者等组成的“根岸派”从形成到解散的细节。具体而言，其形成时间和解体时间至今仍不清楚，确定分别为明治10年代后半期和明治27年前后。成员的详细信息也在本研究中确定。此外，传统的观点认为，作为一个过去的时代的一个循环，是纠正。现在可以明确的是，negisishi -to是明治时代多样性的标志，当时这些活跃的文化人士用愚蠢的游戏和戏剧严肃地娱乐自己。本研究明确了根岛户文化史的意义。
