本研究では、1)いじめの抜本的な要因として近年注目されつつある学級内地位の概念について、これまで、国内において、学級内地位の概念が整理されないまま研究が進められている現状があると考えられることから、個人が持つ行動特性である「攻撃行動」と「向社会的行動」を測定することによってその概念を再考する。加えて、生徒自身が持つ特性や日常的な行動が学級に与える影響については十分な検討がなされているとは言い難いことから、2)生徒が持つ行動特性と学級風土との関連の観点から、生徒自身が学級風土に持ちうる影響を考慮し、学級風土の形成過程を明らかにすることを目的としている。本研究では、中学生を対象とした質問紙またはwebフォーム調査の実施を予定している。新たな学級が開始する新年度に初回の調査を行い、その後、年度を通して複数回の調査実施を行う。そのため、本年度は、中学生を対象とした縦断的な調査の実施準備期間として、具体的には、質問紙・webフォームの作成、調査依頼文書の作成及び、所属機関における研究倫理申請、調査協力校の選定を行った。なお、質問紙・webフォームの作成にあたり、調査内容として、新版中学生用学級風土尺度（伊藤・宇佐美，2017）、対象別向社会的行動尺度（村上・西村・櫻井茂男，2016）、中学生用攻撃行動尺度（高橋・佐藤・野口・永作・嶋田，2009）、学校適応感尺度（小杉，2014）を含む項目を予定している。実施にあたっては，所属機関における研究倫理委員会の承認を受けるほか、調査協力校とともに項目検討を行う。
