项目摘要

2022年度は当初使用予定であったデータの他、新規に調査を実施した1自治体の高齢者を対象とした質問紙調査データを入手し、平時の転居に関する分析を行った。住まいの居住期間と住まいの満足度を掛け合わせた変数を作成し、転居後5年未満の状態で住まいに不満がある高齢者の場合、住まいに満足している長期居住者と比べてうつリスクが高いことを明らかにした。また、転居後5年未満の高齢者の不満と関連し得る住まいの要因（住宅・近隣環境・近隣の人との関係）についても分析したところ、特に住宅設備や家賃・維持費との関連が見られた。本研究の結果は2022年10月の日本公衆衛生学会で発表し、現在国際誌での発表に向けて投稿準備中である。災害時の転居に関しては、被災地の1自治体の2022年度調査票を作成した。過年度の調査に含まれていないものを中心に、住まいの要因に関する新規項目を追加した。分析に関しては現在入手可能なデータまで進めており、2019年調査時点までのデータで精神的健康の軌跡パターンの分布を確認した。他にも以前実施していた、仮設住宅への転居が地域活動参加の変化を通じて災害直後の高齢者のうつ発症に与える影響について再解析を行い、結果に変更がないことを確認し国際誌に投稿した。本研究は現在査読中である。同様に、平時の転居に関しても全国規模の高齢者を対象とした2022年調査の参加者の一部に配布する調査票において、転居の有無と転居理由に関する項目を作成した。
