Analysis on the social mechanism of the movement of the Taiwanese nationals from East and Southeast Asia to Taiwan in the cold war era

本研究以20世纪50年代至70年代为研究对象，探讨东亚及东南亚地区台湾人迁往台湾的社会机制。本研究从宏观、中观和微观三个层面分析台湾人流动的原因，除了经济因素外，还有社会和政治因素。我探讨了东亚和东南亚受冷战影响的国际关系重构的历史进程。我们需要重新审视冷战时期的区域重构，不是大国模式，也不是“中心-外围”模式，而是“外围-外围”模式。

This research exmaines the social mechanism of the movement of Taiwanese nationals from East and Southeast Asia to Taiwan especially focused on since 1950's to 1970's. This research analyses the movement of Taiwanese nationals which is not only explained by economical causes but social and political factor from macrolevel,mesolevel and microlevel analysis. I explored the historical process of the restructuring of international relations which is influenced by the Cold war in East and Southeast Asia.We need recxamine the restructuring of the area in the Cold war era not by the great powers or "Center-Periphery"models but "Periphery-Periphery"models.
