项目摘要

Purpose : When the body change, changing clothes, and bed bath is helped, our research purpose is to verify what help method whether is the safest and most comfortable for the patient by examining patient and nurse's operation, body loads, and mental loads.Method : The content of the experiment is following. The verification concerning the body change : The object people are ten young persons, ten senior citizens as the patient post, and the nurse post is one skilled nurse. The experiment was four methods of the use at the body change from the dorsal position to the left lateral position. They are method of converting physique gripping elbow and knee, the shoulder and the waist are sequentially supported next and the method of the body change, method of supporting shoulder and waist at the same time and converting physique and method of converting physique with sheet. We measured a body load and mental loads about each method, and took a picture of patient's post and nursing person's operation at the same time. A mental load was measured by a couple of comparison method was one of the senses examinations. Safety and the ease of help by which dorsal was wiped and help by which lower limbs was wiped were verified by analyzing skill nurse and newly graduated nurse's operation.Result and consideration : The method of supporting shoulder and waist at the same time was able to be comfortable in the method of the body change for young person, and verify that method of converting physique gripping elbow and knee is comfortable by the senior citizen. As for the help technology which wiped dorsal and lower limbs, more efficient than a newly graduated nurse a skilled nurse was shown from the result of the operation analysis. That is, the skill nurse has understood movement is appropriate and there is no loss.

目的：本研究的目的是通过对病人和护士的操作、身体负荷和心理负荷的测试，验证在帮助病人更衣、换衣服和床上洗浴时，什么样的帮助方法对病人来说是最安全、最舒适的。关于身体变化的验证：对象为10名年轻人，10名老年人作为患者岗位，护士岗位为1名熟练护士。本实验采用四种方法，在身体由仰卧位向左侧卧位转换时进行。分别是：抓肘、膝、肩、腰依次支撑的形体变换法、肩腰同时支撑形体变换法、床单形体变换法。对每种方法分别进行了身体负荷和心理负荷的测量，同时对病人的体位和护理人员的操作进行了拍照。心理负荷的测量采用两两比较法，是感官检查的一种。通过对技能护士和新毕业护士的操作分析，验证了背擦和下肢擦的安全性和易操作性。肩腰同时支撑的方法在青少年的形体变化方法中能够舒适，并验证了老年人抓握肘、膝的转换形体的方法是舒适的。在帮助技术中，擦背、擦下肢的操作分析结果显示，熟练护士比新毕业护士更有效率。也就是说，熟练的护士已经理解运动是适当的，并且没有损失。
