In this project it was planned to conceptualize definitely the phenomena of globalization and localization at first. After verifying the instances of these two tendencies in the field of thought, we aimed also to elucidate the problem of the communication theory, the interchangiability of philosophical thought and the possibility of climate ethics. Main results of this research are as follows.1.Elucidation of the problems of persons who bear a publicity in the globalization of social problems : Necessity of global public argument, the concept of publicity, significance of volunteer as representative of the opposite public zone were clarified here.2.Elucidation of the philosophical basics of the global environmental crisis : Reconstruction of economics by ethics, new systems of technology (elegant technology), possibility of new climate theory were suggested.3.Elucidation of the possibility of mutual approval between nations in globalization : Significance of conflict as a possibility of dialogue was clarified.4.Inquiry about the possibility of communication theory, especially about the universalistic character of this theory that is represented by Habermas.5.Analysis and interpretation of influences of the globalized market economy that can be found in the reform of university.

在这个项目中，计划首先明确全球化和本地化现象的概念。在验证了这两种倾向在思想领域的实例之后，我们还旨在阐明交往理论问题、哲学思想的互换性和气候伦理学的可能性。本研究的主要成果如下：1.阐明了社会问题全球化中的公共性承担者问题：阐明了全球公共性论证的必要性、公共性的概念、志愿者作为相对公共领域代表的意义。2.阐明了全球环境危机的哲学基础：用伦理学重建经济学，新的技术体系（优雅的技术），新气候理论的可能性进行了论证。3.阐明了全球化中国家间相互认同的可能性：阐明了冲突作为对话可能性的意义。4.交往理论可能性的探讨，特别是以哈贝马斯为代表的这一理论的普遍性特征。5.分析和阐释了全球化市场经济的影响，在大学的改革中可以找到。
