1．本研究は契約理論と組織の経済分析の最先端分野で活躍する研究者が参加する定期的な国内ワークショップと，毎年定期的に開催する国際コンファレンスを軸として，国際水準の国内研究拠点とネットワークを維持しつつ，新たな国際的ネットワークを発展させ，国内外に研究成果を発信し国際的プレゼンスを高める，という目的を達成するために，研究代表者，研究分担者等が，契約理論と組織の経済分析に関する各自の研究を定期的に定例ワークショップで発表し参加研究者の報告，意見，批判を参考にして研究を改善し，最終的な研究成果をまとめていくスタイルをとる．2．新型コロナウイルス感染症の影響で，研究実施計画の以下の内容が2021年度，2022年度と続けて中止・延期・オンライン開催となった：WBS Workshop on Contract Theory and Organizational Economics，通称CTWE)，国内サマー・コンファレンス(8月)，第7回Workshop on Relational Contracts(7月)，第14回East Asian Contract Theory Conference(12月)，一部国内外学会等への参加・研究報告．3．月例の Contract Theory Workshop (CTW，契約理論ワークショップ)は，2021年度はCTWZ(Contract Theory Workshop on Zoom)として4-11月，1-3月の11回オンラインで開催した．4．2022年度は5月より対面開催をハイブリッドで再開し，5-7，10，11，1，2月の7回はハイブリッドで，4，6月の2回はオンラインで開催した．5．延期されていたCTW25周年記念コンファレンスを，海外から報告者を1名招聘して3月に対面開催した．6．対面開催が再開された国内外の学会，国内外の大学の研究セミナーに研究代表者および一部の研究分担者が参加し，研究報告を行った．
