Research on General Public Understanding About Medical Education

1.研究情况介绍在日本医学教育学会年会上作了1项研究的介绍。2.第二项研究的规划我们制定了全国范围内的多机构研究计划。研究：(1)研究对象和研究人数在与研究对象和研究人数讨论后，决定对10所培训医院的500名门诊患者进行研究。(2)选择医院研究的方法收集培训医院的资料，确定选择的方法。(3)问卷的起草。参考去年研究的几份材料，制定了第二次研究的问卷草稿。(4)机构审查委员会应用第二次研究的方案，通过了筑波大学机构审查委员会的试点研究。研究利用问卷的起草，我们在一家培训医院进行了第二次研究的先导研究。试点研究结束后，我们对调查数据进行了分析，重写了问卷，并对2；ND&>研究的管理进行了重新思考。4.2&D&>研究的实施我们选择了培训医院进行研究，要求他们接受我们的研究，并在获得许可的医院执行。结果，我们对10家培训医院的521名患者进行了研究。5.数据分析和报告我们分析了第二次研究的数据。我们还对整个研究做了一个报告。

1.Presentation of The 1^<st> studyWe made a presentation of the 1^<ST> study at the annual meeting of Japanese Society of Medical Education.2.Planning for the 2^<nd> studyWe made a plan of nation-wide multi-institutional study as the 2^<nd> study.(1)Object and number to studyAfter discussion with co-investigators about object and number to study, decided to study 500 outpatients of 10 training hospitals.(2)Means of selecting hospitals to studyCollected materials of training hospitals, and decided the way of selection.(3)Draft of questionnaire.Referring to several materials from the study of last year, made a draft of questionnaire for the 2^<ND> study.(4)Institutional Review BoardApplied the plan of the 2^<ND> study to Institutional Review Board of Tsukuba University, and was approved.3.Pilot study of the 2^<nd> studyUsing the draft of questionnaire, we run the pilot study of the 2^<nd> study at a training hospital. After the pilot study, we analyzed the data of it, rewrote the questionnaire, and reconsider the management of the 2^<ND> study.4.Execution of the 2^<ND> studyWe selected training hospitals to study, ask them to accept our study, and executed at the hospitals from which we got permission. As a result, we studied 521 patients of 10 training hospitals.5.Data analysis and making a reportWe analyzed the data from the 2^<nd> study. We also made a report of whole study.
