项目摘要
This research project deals with the clinical studies of sports psychology for‘mind and body.' This theme was divided mainly into the following four sub-research tasks examined ; 1)The meaning of‘body' as narrated in psychotherapy with athletes. 2)Understanding for psychological problems in athletes through the symbolic meanings, 3)The effectiveness of mental training oriented toward personality development and exploration of inner world for enhancing athletic performance, and 4)The clinical practices characteristic to dealing with athletes. These tasks were mainly examined in this project by case study.The following conclusions were reached from this study : 1)The therapeutic meanings of‘body' are body as‘window', body as‘safeguard', body as‘way of relating to the self, and body inferring symbolic meaning, 2)This study dealt with clients who complained of body related to issues such as somatic malfunction and surgery, subtle confusion of movement and skills, or performance slump, and then discusses the synchronicity of‘mind and body' through the case materials, 3)Mental training program oriented toward exploration of athlete's inner world by a psycho-therapeutic technique involving group sand play technique and drawing method is considered to be a useful method to improve athletic performance, 4)Some comments are made to help construct‘clinical sport psychology' as new scientific field.
本研究课题是关于运动心理学在身心方面的临床研究。本研究的主题主要分为以下四个子研究任务:1)运动员心理治疗中叙述的“身体”的意义。2)通过象征意义对运动员心理问题的理解; 3)以个性发展和探索内心世界为导向的心理训练对提高运动成绩的有效性; 4)针对运动员的临床实践特点。本项目主要通过案例研究对这些任务进行了检验,并得出以下结论:1)“身体”的治疗意义是身体作为“窗口”、身体作为“保障”、身体作为“与自我相关的方式”和身体推断象征意义。2)本研究处理的是抱怨身体与躯体功能障碍和手术、运动和技能的微妙混乱等问题有关的来访者,(3)通过集体沙盘游戏技术和绘画法等心理治疗技术,探索运动员的内心世界,进行心理训练,是提高运动成绩的有效方法。(4)对构建“临床运动心理学”这一新的学科领域提出了一些看法。
