THE IMPROVEMENT OF SUPPORT METHOD TO THE BREAST CANCER PATIENTS -THE INTRODUCTION OF THE "NARRATIVE" VIEWPOINT AND HEALTH PSYCHOLOGICAL EDUCATION TO THE NURSES-

本研究旨在设计一种更好的护士对乳腺癌患者的心理支持方式。为了达到这一目的，主要规划了四个项目。护士参与了对患者焦虑的随访研究。通过这次经历和结果，护士们发现，患者的焦虑情绪较强，且持续时间较长。第二部分，由本研究人员对乳腺癌患者进行问卷调查。疾病叙述与生活质量及相关因素之间的关系，为护士思考乳腺癌患者的疾病经历提供了很好的线索。第三，从疾病叙事的角度，对乳腺癌患者进行访谈。在此基础上，对第四期护理人员进行了健康心理教育，特别强调了“叙事”的观点。这些经验对护士加深对乳腺癌患者心理方面的了解非常有益。

The purpose of this study was to devise a better way of the psychological support to breast cancer patients by the nurses. To achieve this purpose, four projects were planned mainly. The nurses participated in the follow-up research about the anxiety of patients. Through this experience and results, the nurses found that the anxiety of the patient is strong and follows for a long time. For the second, the questionnaire survey was carried out for breast cancer patients by this researcher. The results about the relationships among illness narratives, QOL and related factors were good clue for the nurses to think about the illness experience of breast cancer patients. Thirdly, from a viewpoint of illness narrative, the researcher had the interview for breast cancer patients. While being based on these results, health psychological education for the nurses was planned for the fourth, and especially the "narrative" viewpoint was emphasized in it. These experiences were very useful for the nurses to deepen the understanding about the psychological aspects of breast cancer patients.
