项目摘要

Japanese Local Health Law started in 1997 and a dietitian/dietitians is/are employed by the municipal office to improve the nutritional status of the local residents. However, the prevalence of life-style related diseases has been increasing. Lack of the proper manual for the nutrition education must be one of the major reasons.In this study we evaluated the conversation type nutrition education method for the individual. Before and after the education, nutrition survey, questionnaire about the dietary life style and blood biochemistry examination were done. The results showed the conversation type of nutrition education is the effective method.

日本当地卫生法始于1997年，营养师/营养师被市政办公室雇用，以改善当地居民的营养状况。但是，与生活方式相关疾病的流行率一直在增加。缺乏营养教育的适当手册必须是主要原因之一。在这项研究中，我们评估了个人的对话类型营养教育方法。在教育之前和之后，营养调查，有关饮食生活方式和血液生物化学检查的调查表。结果表明，营养教育的对话类型是有效的方法。
