日本地方卫生法于1997年开始实施，市政府雇用了一名或多名营养师，以改善当地居民的营养状况。然而，与生活方式有关的疾病的发病率一直在上升。缺乏适当的营养教育手册肯定是主要原因之一，本研究对谈话式营养教育方法进行了评价。教育前后进行营养调查、饮食生活方式问卷调查和血生化检查。结果表明，对话式营养教育是有效的方法。
英文摘要
Japanese Local Health Law started in 1997 and a dietitian/dietitians is/are employed by the municipal office to improve the nutritional status of the local residents. However, the prevalence of life-style related diseases has been increasing. Lack of the proper manual for the nutrition education must be one of the major reasons.In this study we evaluated the conversation type nutrition education method for the individual. Before and after the education, nutrition survey, questionnaire about the dietary life style and blood biochemistry examination were done. The results showed the conversation type of nutrition education is the effective method.
