Elderly, at large, have high morale in terms of ADL satisfaction, and lead one's life with acquired much wisdom, knowledge, and experience, valuing each own ADL, Current elderly's image of those who affirmatively regard ‘aging' and positively live, could be reconstructed.1)Simulation study and Comparison of Life Event evaluation by the elderly and the students, made nursing students change their recognition toward aging and learned that proactive assumption before aging is important.Students tried to develop new rules for a life game with simulating designated settings around each elderly, and tried to experience what to do in the provided settings. It was examined through such experience of adjusting process in one's life, whether the nursing students could learn that motivating and encouraging the elderly to accept individual stage of life according to the age is important.2)After the ‘elderly make-up' experience, they could experience degrading physical strength and wellness as well as deteriorating appearance. So that in the life game after this experience, they felt that taken into account of retirement, decrease of income, finance, and personal belongings and so on, readiness of environmental supply is important. Literally, they could assess to the elderly psychology such as sense of loss and anxiety. For students to learn characteristics of elderly psychology and the changing process of aging by the assessment to self image of being old turned effective.3)Further, life game (simulation game on computer : CAI) was developed by the data of life event evaluation in the oldest old, and students experienced "being elderly" with CAI, make-ups and disguising outfit, It was found effective as supplementary educational tools for nursing students to understand psychology in addition to visual/physical understanding of the elderly.
