本年度は、1)教員供給・教職選択に関する2次データの分析、2)教員供給構造・労働環境に関する分析、3)大学在学者を対象とした調査（予備調査）および若年大卒者を対象とした大規模オンライン調査を行った。1)については、主に研究代表者による。まず国際学力調査の個人票データのうち将来の就業希望職業、認知的能力、非認知的能力・態度に関する情報を活用し、教職志望者と他の専門職志望者の能力分布の比較、教員人材の質的確保の現況に関する多国間比較を行った（紀要論文において成果発表）。また、国レベルの労働環境変数（給与水準・労働負荷等）のデータと組み合わせ、認知的・非認知的能力双方の面での優秀層に教職参入を促す政策的要因について計量的実証分析を行い、教職に必要とされる非認知的能力の同定や性別の相違に依存するものの、給与水準・労働時間の改善により、能力高水準層の教職志望率が一定程度上昇するという結果を得た（学会報告において成果発表）。2)については、主に研究分担者による。教員供給の構造変化、業務負荷、転任異動後の教員の社会化等、労働環境に関する基礎的な分析を行った（学会誌論文・紀要論文3件、学会報告2件において成果発表）。また分析で得られた知見は次年度調査の調査項目に反映させる予定である。3)について、大学在学者を対象とした調査では、次年度の本調査に向けた予備調査として位置づけ、キャリア・ライフコース選択、教職観および労働関係法制の認識、認知的・非認知的能力に関する質問項目の検討を行った。若年大卒者（教職課程履修経験のある者）を対象としたオンライン調査では上記内容に現職における主観的厚生の項目を加え、データを収集した。このデータに関する分析・成果発表は2023年度に順次行っていく。

The survey was conducted on the items related to the understanding, cognitive and non-cognitive abilities of the legal system.
