项目摘要

本研究は、4つのサブプロジェクト（SP）により、外国人住民における保健情報へのアクセスの背景を探り、アクセス向上のための方策を開発して評価することを目的として実施中である。SP1（ライフステージに応じた保健情報提供に関する課題の探索）は、保育者と慢性看護師を対象とした質的調査である。研究計画書作成、倫理審査への申請と承認が終了し、保育士2人と慢性看護師5人のin-depth interviewが終了、現在聞き取りデータの書き起こし中である。SP2（看護学生におけるやさしい日本語の認知、知識およびスキルの測定と教育モデルの開発）では、看護学生らに「やさしい日本語」の教育を実施し、その前後の知識とスキルを反復測定する。すでに研究に着手しており、今年度を含めて3学年へのやさしい日本語の講義とその前後のデータ収集、入力が終了した。最初に実施した学年の前後比較については投稿済みであり、査読への回答を作成中である。SP3（多言語保健情報へのアクセスと受入れの分析）は、外国人住民らを対象とした公的な多言語保健情報へのアクセスに関する質問票調査である。まず、COVID-19についての保健情報アクセスと知識について、対象と規模を縮小した調査を実施し、執筆まで終了、投稿準備中である。当初計画の結核についての調査は、研究協力機関として想定している日本語学校などに向けて広報活動を行なうとともに、倫理審査に向けて具体的な研究計画の作成に着手した。SP4（参加型保健情報発信システムの開発、活用と評価）は、参加型保健情報発信のためのオンラインシステムについてソフトウェア開発会社との打ち合わせを行った。このシステムを利用した保健情報動画コンテストはSP3と同じ研究協力機関に依頼する想定であり、上述のようにリクルートメントのための広報活動を開始した。

This study aims to explore the background of health information access for foreigners and residents, and to develop and evaluate strategies for improving health information access for foreigners. SP1 (Exploration of issues related to the provision of health care information): A qualitative survey of nursing professionals and chronic caregivers Study proposal preparation, ethics review application, acceptance, in-depth interview with 2 nurses, in-depth interview with 5 chronic caregivers SP2 (Measurement of Japanese Language Cognition, Knowledge and Development of Education for Nursing Students): Repeated measurement of knowledge and development of Japanese language education for nursing students. This year's study begins with the completion of the Japanese Language Course, which includes three academic years. At the beginning of the school year, the comparison was made between the submission and the answer. SP3 (Access and Reception Analysis of Multi-language Healthcare Information) is a questionnaire survey on access to multi-language healthcare information for foreigners and residents. COVID-19 health care information access, knowledge, target and scale reduction, investigation, writing, submission preparation The initial plan for the investigation of nodules, research cooperation agencies, and the establishment of Japanese language schools, as well as the implementation of activities, ethics review, and the preparation of specific research projects. SP4 (Development and Use of Participatory Health Information System) is a comprehensive review of Participatory Health Information System. This is the first time that we've had a chance to use this information.
