2022年12月にベルギー・Mechelen市において、研究代表者が参画している4種の国際共同研究の関係者が一同に会する形で"IDACO/IDHOCO/IDCARS/UPRIGHT-HTM Network Meeting"を開催した。ここでは、自由行動下血圧の国際共同研究 IDACO、家庭血圧の国際共同研究 IDHOCO、中心血圧の国際共同研究 IDCARS、さらに慢性腎臓病の早期マーカー探索に関する多施設共同観察研究 UPRIGHT-HTMを行っている研究者同士が直接討議する貴重な機会を得て、各研究の相互交流も実現した。本研究会は来年度は大阪で、再来年度はナイジェリア・Abuja市で実施されることが決定した。また、本研究会での発表内容は、事前に抄録集として研究代表者の手によって収集・整理され、Blood Pressure Monitoring誌に掲載された。一方、大迫研究コホートでは今年度、フリースタイルリブレを用いた持続血糖モニタリングを実施した。貼付センサーの不具合が発生するなどのトラブルが発生したが適切に対処し、最終的には100例弱のデータを得ることができた。また、コロナ禍が続いている中でも、1ヶ月間の家庭血圧測定と結果説明を行い、感染防止に十分配慮する形で住民の頸動脈エコー検査や眼底撮影、歩行能テストや歯科検診など一連のデータ収集を行うことができた。佐久研究ならびに神戸コホートでも、研究分担者による住民調査ならびに収集データの分析が進められた。これらの結果と過去の収集データを突き合わせる方で、複数の学会発表を行い、原著論文を上梓した。
