项目摘要

本研究は、実際の対話データを分析することによって、音声対話過程のモデルを構築することを目的として研究を進めてきた。コーパス作成上の問題点が整理され、相当量のデータが領域全体で利用可能となり、具体的なモデルの構築が試みられた。本研究班では、具体的に次の4つの観点から研究を進め、以下のような成果を得た。1.認知モデル:コーパス上の様々な種類の対話で生じる現象を調査し、談話構造の分析、単語列の推移の分析を行ない、対話らしさを数量的に表す手法を提案した。また、対話処理モデルの応用として、ゴール指向型の対話と即応的な対話を統合したリアクティブ対話システムを自律移動ロボット上に実装した。2.言語モデル:音声対話資料の分析から得られた知見を、人間同士の対話成立のための条件等の観点からまとめ、人間対機械の音声対話への応用について検討した。また、対話を知識データベースの更新操作とみる立場から、ある種の記憶モデルを想定し、その妥当性を検討した。3.人間-機械対話機構:ユーザーの発話理解からシステムの応答生成までを5段階のプロセスとしてまとめた。対話の展開を会話空間で、タスク依存部分を問題解決空間に分離して構成することを試みた。4.コーパス:対話データを収録し、そのタグ付けの方法や音声ファイルの形式などデータベース構築の方法論を確立した。また、その方法に基づき、実際にスケジューリングタスク、マップタスク、クロスワード・タスク、間違い探しタスクなど現在収集できている対話コーパスについてデータベースを構築した。
