The research is concerned with the proper management of the waste plastics for agriculture as a main subject. It functions with dealing investigation on : (1)formation of managing system and appropriate activities, (2)discharge and collection system, (3)management of processing facilities, (4)the cost allocation of business proprietor (farmer), (5)processed scrap market and vein industry. Those are expected to analyze and then shown solutions from the socio-economic viewpoint.The results are the following ; As for (1), coordinating committees for proper management at the prefecture and community levels should be organized and functioned to act for making their agreement and roles clear.
