Investigation of forming the basic oraganization for historical materials of nursing in Japan

目的：调查日本护理史料保存机构、收集资料、保存情况、实际使用情况、有待解决的问题。由此可以清楚地看到一些保存、管理、实际使用和有待解决的问题。并对护理史料的保存提出了建议。方法：1.问卷调查。2.对保全机构进行检查。3.学员、机构负责人、科研人员的交流研讨。有待解决的问题：1.系统收集、保存、实践使用护理史料的机构较少。2.当护理制度或护理教育制度发生变化时，不会因为被破坏或没有传承而留下护理制度的史料。3.护士对护理史料缺乏必然性意识或对必然性认识不足。

Object : It shall be investigated the actual conditions among preserving institutions, collected materials, preserved conditions, practical use, problems of waiting solution about historical materials of Nursing in Japan. some kinds of problems of preservation, managements, practical use and waiting solution have been definitely shown by that. after that, it made some suggestions regarding preservation of historical materials of nursing.Method : 1.questionnairing. 2.making inspections of preserving institutions. 3.Interchanging and discussing between perticipators, persons in charge of institutions and researchers.Problem to be solved : 1.There are few institutions that systimatically collect, preserve, practice use of historical materials of nursing. 2.When nursing system or nursing educational system make a change, It do not leave historical materials of nursing system, because of destruction or no inheritance. 3.Nurses are unconscious of necessity or have little understanding of necessity about historical materials of nursing.
