The project is intended to support the transformation to a publication number based accounting and financing system (PABA). In addition, the project aims to improve the monitoring process in order to make it easier and more efficient to collect, process and manage financial, organizational, contractual and technical metadata and to achieve the highest possible transparency of funding flows.
