项目摘要

本研究は言語障害特殊学級および治療、相談機関に通う者の内、言語障害の中心的な問題傾向である機能的および器質的構音障害児(口蓋裂児)、吃音児に限定して、その中に含まれる子供達の状態の諸相を明確にした上で2年間の追跡研究をすすめ、当初に立てた発達予測とその発達経過を比較分析しながら、更に詳細な障害の類型化を試み、類型に適合した指導の手だてを確立させることを目的として調査を実施してきている。調査に先立って対象児の生育歴、既往歴、治療、教育歴、環境等を調査し、特にこれまでに受けてきた治療、教育の経過については可能な限り詳細な情報を求めている。現症に関しては原因が機能性によるものか、あるいは器質性によるものかまた環境性によるものかにより各々検査項目を定めて実施してきた。検査項目は音声言語、および従来関連機能、また非関連機能とされてきた機能について調査し関連性の見直す価値は多分にあると考えている。(1)調査の実施をした。(2)追跡調査毎の障害児の状態像の変化を予測した。(3)各調査時点の資料について発達予測と実測との関連を分析検討した。(4)類型毎の特徴抽出と適合する指導方法についても検討した。(5)調査時点の変化を元に、類型別に6カ月周期の状態像の変化を分析検討した。
