项目摘要

この班は情報の可視化という共通のテ-マでそれぞれの研究を進めている.具体的な研究テ-マとしては次のようなものがあり,それぞれいくつかの成果をえて発表している.(1)高次コミュニケ-ションにおける情報の可視化に関する研究:仮想計算機シミュレ-タ+アセンブラ,コンパイラの可視化教材,ゲ-トシミュレ-タ等教育用のシステムを開発し実用に供している.また,メニュ-方式の研究として多数項目のメニュ-や横型メニュ-についての実験的評価を行ないいくつかの知見を得た.(2)大量情報の高次処理とヒュ-マンインタ-フェ-スに関する研究:関係デ-タベ-スに対する擬自然言語インタ-フェ-ス,文字自動配置機能を用いた地理デ-タベ-ス,ネットワ-ク構造からの非正規関係出力の生成など理論実際両面で多彩な成果をあげた(3)ソフトウェアの可視化とヒュ-マンインタ-フェ-スに関する研究:アイコン管理機能の拡充について検討し,ビジュアルオブジェクト定義支援ツ-ルを構築している.(4)3次元実体画像表示認識システムの開発:システムを構成し,膊動臓器に適用し検討した.(5)ハイパ-メディアとオブジェクト指向デ-タベ-スの統合化に関する研究:質問部品の多相化に関する研究,オブジェクトの包含関係による継承とビデオオブジェクトモデルの研究,質問対リンクを用いたハイパ-テキストデ-タベ-スの研究,自然結合オブジェクトに対するメソッドとクラスの合成に関する研究などで成果をあげた.(6)知的プログラミング環境におけるプログラムの意味と理解の研究:クイックソ-トほかの例について検討している。
