项目摘要

今年度は、高度情報化と「文化複合」の研究及び調査に関する方法論と理論の研究を中心に課題の追求を行った。そのために大阪大学人間科学部で研究会を開催し、(1)文化人類学及び文化記号論等の専門領域での基礎研究の展開をふまえて、課題に関する研究討議を行い、(2)比較文化論的な視点を含めて研究調査の実施に着手した。なお研究会には上記研究分担者に加え、その他の専門研究者の参加も仰いでいる。さらに大阪を中心に、(1)都市の社会集団における「外国人」受け入れの準備と対応、(2)都市における「外国人」のタイポロジー(文化・民族・言語・イメージと実態)、(3)都市の「国際化」度(記号・標識・案内・応接等)、(4)消費と異文化(外国製品と消費生活)、(5)比較文化・社会的実態調査、(6)日本人及び外国人の異文化体験、の六点についての集中的実態調査を開始し、基礎的デ-タの蓄積を始めている。以上の進展に基き平成3年11月には研究代表者の青木が重点領域第五群の研究シンポジウム「文化変容の現在」を組織し、その中で「東アジアの情報化と文化変容」のセッションを開催した。(平成3年11月26日〜28日、於東京大学)このシンポジウムには班外の研究者も発表・討論者として参加し、共同研究を進め、今後の問題点を明らかにした。今年度の研究と発表を通して、現時点で所期の目的を遂行することができ、また本課題に対する関心が極めて高いことがよく理解された。この研究シンポジウムの成果は、報告書として、また学術雑誌の論文として発表される予定である。それに加えて、本課題とも関連する、ナショナリズムをめぐる国際研究会を平成4年3月に大阪大学で開き、課題をより総合的に展開、研究しつつある。現在そのとりまとめと、次年度の実態調査中心の研究活動にかかる、さらに細心かつ周到な研究準備を続けているところである。

This year, we are pursuing the topic of methodology and theory research center for research and investigation of highly informationized and "cultural complex." Osaka University Human Science Department held a seminar to promote (1) the development of basic research in cultural anthropology and cultural notation, and research discussions on topics related to (2) the implementation of research from the perspective of comparative cultural theory. The research association shall record the participation of research contributors and other relevant researchers. Osaka Center,(1) Urban Social Groups,(2) Urban Social Groups,(3) Urban Social Groups (Culture, Ethnicity, Language, Reality),(3) Degree of Internationalization of Cities (Signs, Signs, Cases, Connections, etc.),(4) Consumption and Different Cultures (Foreign Products and Consumer Life),(5) Comparative Culture and Social Reality Survey,(6) Six Points of Focus on Different Cultures of Japanese and Foreigners, and the Beginning of Accumulation of Basic Information. In November 2003, the research representative of Aoki Group organized the fifth group of research on "cultural transformation" and launched the first group of research on "information technology and cultural transformation in the east." (University of Tokyo, November 26 - 28, 2003) The discussion was held by researchers outside the classroom, participants, joint research progress, and future problems. This year's research report is open to all, and the current point is to achieve the desired goals. The results of this research project are published in a report and an academic journal. The International Research Conference was held in Osaka University in March 2004. The research activities of the Research Center of the current and next year are carefully and thoughtfully prepared.
