We summarized the research activities during 1995-98 as the final report. In this report we tried to clear what we could have done and what we could not have done, and also indicate some objectives for the future. One of these objectives is to make databases which have been created during research period available for the pubic. Some databases have been already distributed by CD-ROM, but there are so many small databases which have not been opened to academic community. We should set up these databases available through the internet.

我们总结了1995-98年期间的研究活动，作为最后报告。在这份报告中，我们试图明确我们可以做什么和我们不能做什么，并指出未来的一些目标。其中一个目标是将研究期间建立的数据库提供给公众。一些数据库已经以光盘形式发行，但还有很多小型数据库尚未向学术界开放。我们应该通过互联网建立这些数据库。
