项目摘要

本研究は、国文学研究資料館が所蔵する渋沢敬三による「日本実業史博物館」構想のもとに収集された産業経済資料コレクションについて、この特定領域研究が目指すグローバルな研究ネットワーク構築の実現に向け、日本関係標本の内外コレクションの調査研究に寄与するデータベース構築を実現し、積極的に研究の発展に貢献した。この研究により、18,707件、37,853点のコレクション総数を把握した。電子情報化により、情報共有化と今後の研究課題解決の新たな知見を生む基盤が整備された。具体的研究成果を以下に示す。1.コレクションの形成に関する資料データは、これまでに博物館構想時の記録類すべてのリストを作成し、それら資料の画像化を実施した。最終年度、構想過程の記録類の翻刻、テキスト化を進め、DVD版を作成した。アーカイブズ学的手法による史料検討により、形成期の実態を解明し、研究報告を行った。2.コレクションの構造(内容)に関する研究とデータベース化に関する研究は、これまでに構築したコレクションの一部((1)絵画)、(2)広告(3)写真(4)番付(5)地図(6)古紙幣(7)竹森文庫(8)文書・書籍(9)産業経済器物史料のすべての簡易データベースを個別に構築し、全データの統合を実現した。3.全資料の段階的保存管理に関する研究として、全資料の概要的状態調査に基づく保存管理システムに基づいて、簡易的保存措置を実施した。4.研究会の開催と研究成果報告書の編集を行った。成果発表として、全体テーマ「復活!日本実業史博物館に向けた基盤づくり」と題し、より活発に研究が進展することに寄与すべく、これまでの研究についての成果報告会を開催した。その内容は、「日本実業史博物館」全コレクションの基盤整備状況、博物館準備室アーカイブズの概要と資料の電子情報化、最後に実業史研究の成果を「企業アーカイブズ・ミュージアムへの提案」にまとめた。これらの研究は、日本実業史博物館構想の全体像の解明に向け、「実博」準備室旧蔵資料18,707件、37,853点のより広域な公開と利用に向けた情報整備作業として評価され、関係研究者等、企業アーカイブズ・ミュージアム等、一般の方々も含め、関心のある方々への、成果の共有化と普及に寄与できた。

This study contributes to the realization and active development of research projects on the collection of industrial data, the construction of research projects in specific fields, and the investigation of Japan's relations with Japan. The total number of research projects was 18,707 and 37,853 points respectively. The new knowledge base for solving future research problems in electronic informatization and information sharing is being prepared. Specific research results are shown below. 1. Research on the storage management of all data levels, basic storage management system for the status survey of all data profiles, and implementation of simple storage procedures 4. The opening of the seminar and the compilation of the report of the research results shall be carried out. The results show that all the people are revived! The Japanese Museum of Industrial History held a seminar on the progress of research and development. The contents of this article are as follows: "Japan Museum of Industrial History","Foundation preparation status of the whole museum," Overview of museum preparation room,"Electronic informatization of data," and finally,"Proposal for enterprise development", the results of industrial history research. The research of the Japanese Museum of Industrial History, the interpretation of the entire image, the preparation room of the "Shibo" old data 18,707 pieces, 37,853 points of information, the use of open information preparation work, evaluation, relationship researchers, etc., enterprises, the general party, the concern of the party, the sharing of achievements and the popularization of the party.
