平成15年度は以下の二つの実証実験の運用または運用準備を行い、オンラインADRの構築と利用に関するデータを積み重ねて、実用的なシステム構築の基礎を固めた。[1]インターネットトラブルの裁判外紛争処理(担当:町村泰貴)[2]ドメスティク・バイオレンスの被害者に対する法情報提供および加害者とのオンライン交渉(担当:井上匡子)[1]は、前年度に構築したECOMやYAHOO!、シロガネ・サイバーポールなどの機関と提携関係を維持しながら、オンラインシステムの改善と実証実験を実施した。30件余の利用実績を得て、システム改善箇所や調停担当者の連絡方法、調停技法のあり方などのデータが得られた。また[2]はNPOフェミニストサポートセンター東海のメンバーを研究協力者とし、ウェブによる法情報提供、メールや携帯電話などを通じた相談受け付け、救済活動への紹介、そして被害者がシェルターにいながら加害者との交渉窓口を設けるべく、準備を進めた。

The relationship between the organization and the support system of the enterprise should be maintained, and the improvement of the organization should be implemented. The remaining 30 pieces were used to improve the communication methods and mediation techniques of the mediation personnel. [2] The NPO is responsible for the research of collaborators, the provision of legal information, the communication of mobile phones, the discussion of recipients, the introduction of rescue activities, the establishment of communication channels between victims and perpetrators, and the preparation of progress.
