Efficient generation, manipulation and detection of spin-current have attracted much interest in spintronics. Wherein, the unambiguous estimation of spin-to-charge interconversion efficiency also known as spin Hall angle for large variety of materials ranging from heavy metals, inorganic oxides, semiconductors to organic polymers is the key area of research.We implemented the combined approach of spin pumping (SP) and inverse spin Hall effect (ISHE) to quantify spin Hall angle of Platinum meatal (Pt) for broad frequency range of 4-14 GHz. We also investigated the indispensable role of magnetization precession angle estimation in the analysis of SP-ISHE effect. It is important in case of integrated co-planar waveguide architecture where microwave field distribution is very crucial and sometime leads to incorrect estimation of spin Hall angle. Thus, different techniques for magnetization precession angle estimation upon ferromagnetic resonance excitation in broad frequency range of 4-14 GHz are comparatively analyzed. The results and observation have been presented in oral form in international conferences on magnetism amd spintronics held in US in year 2016 as well as published in international journal of high repute “Applied Physics Letter” in year 2017.
