【当該年度の目標・方法】本研究では高齢がん患者に対する経口抗がん剤指導ツールの運用と評価を目指しているが、当該年度では実態調査（副作用・アドヒアランスへの対処）を踏まえ具体的コンテンツの開発を目標とした。これは、高齢がん患者が現在の自分の対処行動の状況に対する気づきを促し、マネジメント能力を高めることを目指している。当該年度では、文献検討や既存の冊子の内容、専門家の意見を踏まえて教育支援に関するコンテンツ開発を進めた。【結果】「経口抗がん剤を導入する高齢がん患者が治療とうまくつきあうための教育支援ツール」は副作用症状、アドヒアランスの向上、生活上の困難感、治療継続の悩み、療養生活上の対処の内容から成る。内容妥当性の結果では、表現の不備が指摘されたが概ね適切性が高いと評価された。高齢者に見やすくわかりやすいかどうかは、さらに情報リテラシー等の専門家との連携を図っていく必要がある。これらを踏まえ、高齢がん患者に対する本ツールの表面妥当性の調査を行っているところである。【考察・今後の課題】自己管理能力の向上に向けたこれらのコンテンツはほぼ順調に開発が進められ、次年度は、コンテンツの完成が課題である。更に、これらのツールの運用と評価に向けて、外来支援の現状を把握し実現可能性の高い実施方法を探索することも必要である。外来看護のあり方を検討し、本ツールの運用が継続的に質を担保するための方策に関して検討を重ねる予定である。
