项目摘要

本研究は、看護学生の根拠に基づく看護実践力の向上を目指して、シミュレーション教育(Simulation-based Education:以下、SE)においてオンラインディスカッション(Online Discussion:以下、OnD)を活用したハイブリッド学習モデル(Hybrid Learning Model:以下、HLM)の開発を目的とした。HLMは、SEにおいて特に重要とされるデブリーフィングでの学習効率を高める学習支援方法である。SEとOnDを融合したHLMの開発・試行・検証のため、平成29年度に以下を実施することを計画し、第１段階として、SEとOnD(動画録画を含む)を融合したHLMのシナリオの検討と作成をおこなった。HLMの導入を予定する科目担当の複数の教員およびSEやICTを専門とする教職員をメンバーとし、SEとOnDを融合した看護学3年生用のシナリオを検討し、仮シナリオ①を作成した。αテスト(対象：シナリオ作成メンバー)を行い、課題を抽出し、改善させシナリオを完成させた。第２段階として、作成したシナリオを使用したSE(HLM)の試行と評価のため、研究倫理倫理委員会の承認を得て、学生のリクルートを実施した。リクルートで集まった対象にSE(HLM)を実施し、オンライン質問調査およびOnDの内容を分析する予定であったが、所属機関退職に伴い研究を中止した。作成したシナリオはシミュレーション教育の教材として活用し、その一部を報告会および書籍にて一般に公表した。
