Structure and historical character of an Okinawa modern law

据说明治政府在建立冲绳县后，对旧俗采取了所谓的保存政策。我们所说的旧俗，就是指欧夫时代的法令和习俗。将旧习俗作为近代冲绳的法律，从地方政府制度、土地制度、家庭制度等方面对其结构和历史特征进行了研究。结果表明，土地制度在1765年发生了重大变化，这种变化一直持续到19世纪。同时也证实，在设立内侯和土地调整过程中，土地制度发生了很大的变化。

It is said that the Meiji government had taken what is called the preservative policy on the old custom after the establishment of Okinawa Prefecture. What we call the old custom means the statute and the custom in the age of the Oufu. Considering the old custom as the modern law in Okinawa, we researched into the structure and the historical character in some aspects such as the local government system,the agrarian system,the family system and so on. It comes out that the land system changed significantly in 1765 and its change lasted till the 19th century. It is also confirmed that the land system had changed considerably in respect of the process of establishing the Nai-hou and the land readjustment.
