Cultural adaptation in the forest areas in the Russian Far East

位于日本海对面的俄罗斯远东地区森林丰富。在本研究项目中，我们从适应两个方面对该地区生长的文化进行了研究和分析；一个是对自然环境的适应，另一个是对政治经济环境的适应，这是历史上人类活动所消除的。由此可以看出，文化与政治经济环境的关系比文化与自然的关系更密切、更直接、更克制，同时也更脆弱、更不灵活。

The Russian Far East, which is located in the opposite side of the Sea of Japan, is rich in forest. In this research project, we researched and analyzed the culture that has been grown in this area from two sides of adaptation; one was the adaptation to the natural environment and the other was that to political and economic environment, which was historically cleated by human activities. As a result, we could show that the relation between culture and political-economic environment was more intimate, direct, and restrained than that between culture and nature and that, at the same time, it is more fragile and less flexible.
