项目摘要

1 明治期における肥前陶磁器業の史料調査佐賀県有田町香蘭社の経営史料、伊万里市田中家文書・池永家文書、佐賀銀行所蔵旧有田銀行経営史料のマイクロ撮影を実施。田中家文書は大阪商船伊万里代理店の関係史料、池永家文書は紀州箕島出身で東京・大阪・広島方面との取引を実施した陶器・荒物商人の経営史料を中心とする。同時に佐賀新聞、佐賀県行政文書の閲覧・筆記調査も実施した。2 調査史料の整理作業マイクロ撮影史料の大部分はプリント作業を完了し、製本のうえ研究に利用できるようにした。旧有田銀行史料については、明治30年代まで作業を完了した。(池永家文書については昭和期の経営史料も数多く残存するが研究テーマ上マイクロ撮影作業を実施していない)3 史料による研究と学会発表史料の一部を用いる形で、社会経済史学会大会(於九州大学)において「明治期における肥前陶磁器業の組織形成」と題する研究報告を実施。従来明らかにされていなかった明治期の生産・流通組織や同業組合活動、産地金融の実態を紹介した。報告では池永家の経営展開について触れ得なかったため、大幅に練り直した上で再度学会報告を実施し、さらに学術雑誌への投稿を行なう予定である。また明治前期における香蘭社の経営については、「明治前期陶磁器産地における輸出戦略」という論文で詳細に紹介し、当時の産地経営組織や販売戦略の一端を明らかにした。

The report is published in the journal of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. This paper introduces in detail the management strategy of Xianglan Society in the early Meiji period, and explains the management strategy of Xianglan Society in the early Meiji period.
