It investigated about the actual condition of the autograph for the walker in consideration of the aged and the handicapped people in Denmark, Sweden and the United States of America. Listening comprehension investigation was carried out to the people concerned of the university and the research organ with investigating a station and an airport, facilities conditions such as an open space, a road were observed, and the following knowledge was acquired.1. There were many cases, which did an idea for the design the easiness to acquaint with the basis that it was easy for all people to know faithfully, the sign expression of the autograph and the size. Consideration in the international airport was especially helpful. America generally a character is greatly expressed by the reverse comparison in comparison with North Europe, and there are many repair cases of the software in the intercom near the autograph and so on.2. A joint research team was made to make a start in Tokyo and Osaka in the opportunity.
