项目摘要

This research clarified self-care practice and related factors in adolescent pediatric patients displaying symptoms of nephrotic syndrome during childhood. Moreover, the intent of this study was that the child itself obtains suggestions regarding nursing intervention in the process of self-care practice as a subjective individual.1) Research methodSelf-care practice consisted of 16 self-care items peculiar to nephrotic syndrome and 36 items which were presented in the translation correction of The Children's Self-Care Performance Questionnaire (CSPQ, J.Moore, 1993), Japanese version, as the framework of insufficient on Orem self-care deficit theory. As a related factor, adolescent's time perspective, health condition, recognition of health and parents' dependence-care (Dependent Care Agent Questionnaire, DCAQ, 1991) were measured.Subjects included 15 sets of a group admitted to a hospital and a group visiting a hospital on an outpatient basis as well as the parents. Pediatric patients, ranging in age from 10 to 18 years, demonstrated the symptoms of nephrotic syndrome in childhood. Therefore, the contrast group consisted of 201 sets of healthy junior and senior high school students and their parents in order to assess the reliability and validity of the questionnaire.2) ResultSelf-care practice of adolescent nephrotic syndrome was evaluated in relation to age, recognition of individuals health condition, time perspective and parents' dependence-care. In terms of the time perspective, it was suggested that self-care practice is sufficiently high such that present and future attitudes are affirmative.

本研究旨在探讨青少年肾病症候群病童之自我照顾行为及其相关因素。本研究的目的是让儿童在自我照顾实践过程中，以主观的个体身份，获得有关护理干预的建议。1）研究方法自我照顾实践包括16个肾病综合征特有的自我照顾项目和36个儿童自我照顾表现问卷中的翻译修正项目（CSPQ，J.摩尔，1993），日文版，作为Orem自我照顾不足理论的框架。以青少年的时间洞察力、健康状况、对健康的认知和父母的依赖照顾为相关因素，采用依赖照顾代理问卷（DependentCareAgentQuestionnaire，DCAQ，1991）对15组住院组、门诊组和父母进行调查。儿童患者，年龄从10岁到18岁不等，表现出儿童肾病综合征的症状。因此，本研究以201名健康初、高中生及其家长为对照组，对问卷的信度和效度进行了评估。2）结果青少年肾病综合征自我护理实践与年龄、对个人健康状况的认知、时间洞察力和父母的依赖性护理有关。就时间观点而言，有人认为，自我照顾的做法是足够高的，现在和未来的态度是肯定的。
