本研究目的は悪性リンパ腫を中心としたリンパ系腫瘍細胞の増殖に深く関与すると考えられるリンパ節あるいは骨髄間質細胞の性状を明らかにすることにあった。方法はI)リンパ節標本の免疫染色による間質細胞の性状同定,II)リンパ節間質細胞の培養とリンパ腫細胞の増殖能の検討,III)既存リンパ系細胞支持能を有するマウス細胞株とリンパ系腫瘍細胞の共培養による検討であった。I)に関しては,リンパ節構成間質細胞は濾胞内樹状細胞と濾胞間樹状細胞に大別されるか後者について.次の知見を得た。濾胞間樹状細胞はCD1抗原を発現し、その周囲に骨髄球系細胞か集簇する傾向かある。本細胞は幹細胞増殖因子を発現していることを明らかにした。他の増殖因子発現や濾胞内樹状細胞での発現は検索中である。II)に関しては、現在なお有効な間質細胞の培養系確立に至っていない。但し、腹水胸水等に含まれる間質細胞はリンパ腫細胞を2〜3週間維持しうることが明らかになりつつあり,そのような症例で,この細胞の性状を明らかにしていく予定である。III)に関しては,マウスMS-5,MS-10樹立株がヒトB前駆性白血病細胞を維持し,その維持能力,B前駆細胞分化段階と密接に関係することを明らかにした。投稿準備中である。

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the growth and development of bone stromal cells and the characteristics of bone stromal cells. Methods: I) Identification of stromal cells by immunostaining; II) Culture of stromal cells by immunostaining; III) Co-culture of tumor cells by immunostaining of existing stromal cells. I) Interstitial cells are composed of intercellular dendritic cells and intercellular dendritic cells. The second time I saw it, I got it. CD1 antigen expression in dendritic cells between cells, and clustering in dendritic cells around cells. The cell is a stem cell growth factor. His growth factor development and intracellular dendritic cell development are also discussed. II) Establishment of culture system of mesenchymal cells related to the development and development of mesenchymal cells. However, ascitic fluid and pleural effusion contain interstitial cells that are maintained for 2 to 3 weeks, and the characteristics of these cells are determined. III) MS-5 and MS-10 are related to the maintenance of B-type leukemia cells, and the maintenance ability of B-type leukemia cells is related to the differentiation stage and close connection of B-type leukemia cells.
