项目摘要

平成26年度は多くの学会で発表の機会を頂戴し、研究課題をほぼ遂行することができた。申請書に目標として挙げたのは、まずアブラハムおよびクラインの理論におけるメランコリー（デプレッション）とサディズムの関係を探り、さらにこのサディズムを昇華に導く可能性をクラインのテクストから読み解くことだったが、これについては、11月に京都大学にて開催された第18回日本精神医学史学会の口頭発表「対象概念の変遷―フロイトからクラインまで―」において明らかにした。この発表は学会誌『精神医学史研究』への投稿推薦を受けたため、3月末に発表原稿を改稿したものを提出した。また12月に催された日本精神分析的心理療法フォーラム第3 回大会では、口頭発表「欲動論から対象関係論へ―アブラハムにおける躁うつ病論の展開―」を行ったが、この発表は11月の精神医学史学会での発表を発展させたものであり、アブラハムの理論におけるメランコリーと口唇サディズムの関係性をドイツの最新の研究を参照しながら解明したものである。発表会場には精神医学や心理療法の臨床家が多く集まり、本発表は好評を博した。奨励費によってドイツでしか手に入らない文献をそろえられたことが本発表の成果となってあらわれたものと考えられる。さかのぼって7月には、日本ヘルダー学会春季研究発表会にて「フロイトの高弟アブラハムとその躁うつ病研究―正統と異端のあいだ―」を発表し、アブラハムのメランコリー論のアクチュアリティを論じ、以下のことを指摘した。領域横断的な精神障害への精神分析的アプローチの有効性を示したアブラハムの躁うつ病研究は画期的なものであり、クライン派に受け継がれたアブラハムの理論は現在もその意義は薄れるどころかその重要性を増している。以上で示したように、平成26年度は、精力的に学会発表を行い、大きな成果が得られ、有意義な一年になった。

In 2016, there were many opportunities for research and development. The relationship between the application and the server is explored. This paper presents a review of psychiatric and psychotherapy clinics. The results of this study are as follows: In July, the Japanese Academy of Sciences held a spring research conference entitled "Research on diseases in Japan: orthodox and heretical", and the following comments were made. The significance of the theory of psychoanalysis of mental disorders across domains is increasing. The above shows that in the 26th year of Heisei, we will learn to express our energy and practice, and achieve great and meaningful results in one year.
